How I work
As a moderator, I have a unique role in facilitating engaging discussions between experts on a particular topic. I’m responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages open conversation, while also ensuring that the discussion stays on track and all panelists have the opportunity to share their perspectives.
I have experience of facilitating and guiding conversations on a wide range of topics from sport, arts and culture, governance and diversity and inclusion. And everything in between.
I work closely with event organizers to understand the goals and objectives of the panel discussion and develop discussion parameters to ensure that the panel stays focused and relevant to the audience.
I employ a friendly conversational approach that encourages dynamic discussion, while also respecting the opinions of all participants.
