About Me
Hello
I’m Julian Waters. I have spent over 30 years as a sports broadcaster. For more than 20 years I was a senior presenter on Sky Sports News.
I now work as a media trainer, a panel moderator and event host. I've also developed a unique media training programme for sports professionals who are preparing for an exciting career in broadcasting when their playing days are over.
Experience
Television and radio presenter
My early career began in radio, at Radio Trent in Nottingham, when Brian Clough was the Forest manager, through to working at Capital Radio commentating with Bobby Moore on international football at Wembley Stadium.
Then television. I've presented programmes with a roster of star talent on Sky Sports including George Best, Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher from the world of football, and cricket’s Ian Botham, Andrew Strauss, and Michael Atherton.
I have hosted programmes at the Olympic Games with legends such as Ed Moses and Sally Gunnell, and interviewed golf greats Gary Player, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus.
I worked right across the Sky Sports News schedule and presented sports coverage on Sky News.
I have presented and hosted numerous, high profile discussion programmes including the award-winning Special Report on Sky Sports News.

I've learned more from Julian than anybody else. He's the best i've ever worked with and I couldn't recommend him more.
